ENGLISH VERSION:
The MASP Art School campaign literally shows how their programs will help students to dissect the most influential artists of all time. Thankfully, the blood and gore often accompanying such surgical dissections is replaced with an artistic depiction of the artists’ innards—in the style of their particular artform.
Conceived and executed by DDB, an ad agency based in Brazil, the MASP Art School campaign revolves around Vincent van Gogh, Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso. Promoting the school’s open enrollment policy, the ad campaign’s imagery stands for more than a figurative allusion to what people will learn when attending it.
The MASP Art School campaign was art directed by Leonardo Rotundo with illustrations by Marcos Falcão of 6B Estúdio, copy writing by Fred Sekkel and photography by Ricardo Barcellos.
